The hotel overlooks the main street with a bus stop but surprisingly not as noisy as expected. The rooms were on the small side. The bartender struggled with off-menu drinks, and the checkout process was slow. The service was excellent overall, especially for business meetings, with pleasant and efficient staff. The location was great with easy access to tourist spots and varied choices nearby.
Despite some noise issues in the rooms and room appearance not matching the website, my stay was comfortable. The desk for working with a view of 'Pope's Revenge' was a highlight. The exceptional service made up for the initial inconvenience of no room service without request.
